Explore how PRVs operate, where they deliver the greatest benefits, and how to select and adjust the right model for each hydraulic scenario
The OCV 1356 is a two-way, normally closed pilot, that senses high pressure under its diaphragm, low pressure above the diaphragm, and balances the differential pressure against an adjustable spring load. An increase in differential above the spring set point tends to make the pilot open. The OCV 1356 is the standard pilot for OCV Series 110 Differential Control Valve. Sensing high and low pressures and opening at the differential set point, the pilot modulates the main valve to maintain the required differential pressure.
