Taking a proactive approach to digital transformation, Aquestia’s state-of-the-art Smart it Up hydraulic solutions are ushering the water industry into a new and enhanced era.
Through advanced technology, we reduce water leaks and waste, save money and energy, preserve pipeline integrity, and enable real-time fault detection to minimize environmental contamination risks. In doing so, our smart solutions are revolutionizing water infrastructure management, and empowering utilities to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
To ensure continuous, efficient water distribution, regardless of changing consumer demands, ConDor autonomously activates hydraulic control valves, locally or remotely. This precise pressure management enables you to regulate, monitor, and adjust flow rates, in real time.
Designed to instantly detect leaks, Aquestia’s ARISENSE smart air valve sends real-time alerts, so teams can respond quickly, preventing contamination before it spreads, protecting the environment, and safeguarding your water system.
To defend against NRW and keep existing leaks to a minimum, minimal required pressure values must be maintained in the pipeline. The ConDor does this by setting specific pressure values in relation to flow and actual demand.
With the ConDor controller, you can precisely manage and control pressure, minimizing pump stress and pipeline damage and fatigue. This ensures efficient hydraulic system performance, and extends the lifespan of your infrastructure.
Eliminate unnecessary manual checks and streamline operations with automated adjustments and real-time monitoring. Receive notifications when action is needed, so you can optimize resources, save time, and maintain your hydraulic system more effectively.
Achieve the perfect balance between water quality and cost, while maximizing crop yield and conserving water. Aquestia’s ConDor controller precisely manages and controls the mixing of two water sources, according on demand.
Instead of convoluted control trims with a pilot valve for each function, the ConDor uses two simple solenoid valves which simulate most possible combinations of hydraulic functions: water tank level + flow control, flow control + excessive flow shut-off, pressure regulation + turbidity sensor, and more.
Comprising multiple sensors, data analysis software, and a web application, Aquestia Smart It UpAir is an intelligent IoT air-valve-monitoring solution that tracks performance at a single point.

Smart Air Valve for Waterworks Monitoring
Aquestia has provided valuable insight and technical assistance on several of our projects by evaluating pump and pressure line operating conditions, performing air valve analysis in ARIavCAD, and making recommendations for different size, type, and air valve solutions. Their opinions and recommendations are consistently accurate to our designs and have resulted in a multitude of successful installations and applications. Kim Sorenson has been a great resource to our firm to discuss new products, technologies, and opinions on air valves for a variety of projects.
Without a doubt, AriAvCAD is an indispensable tool in our daily work, and its impact on the success of our projects is remarkable.

Aquestia’s ConDor remotely change the pressure setting of the hydraulic valve multiple times a day, according to time, flow, or any sensor with digital or analog outputs. The ConDor can connect to a SCADA system, which can also actively change settings.
With Aquestia’s ARISENSE smart air valve sensors, you can minimize leaks by receiving instant, unique leak alarms, enabling your teams to respond quickly to affected sites.
Absolutely! The ConDor is highly configurable and has been successfully used to optimize mixing junction performance based on salinity, saving both money and crops. It can also control hydraulic valves using non-hydraulic parameters such as turbidity, conductivity, and even wind speed.
Yes, all Aquestia’s smart devices have built-in advanced datalogging. The ConDor, for example, has four separate channels, each of which can be configured to a different sampling rate. Average data is taken from three consecutive sensor readings, and all can be viewed as a graph and downloaded as an Excel file.
All devices are available in two models: IP65 (exposed to the elements) and IP68. All are UV protected in robust enclosures, and come with brackets for easy installation.
Alerts are divided into two main categories: critical and non-critical. Each category, and even specific alerts, can be defined to be sent to specific people via email or mobile app.
