2. Who we are
In this Privacy Policy, references to Aquestia, or to “we”, “our” or “us” are to Aquestia Ltd. (Company No. 513768358, which is a company registered in the State of Israel, having its principal office at Kibbutz Dorot, Israel. 3. What information may we collect from our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
3.1 Non-personal Information. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering and/or using the Site. Non-Personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, type of operating system, type of the User’s device and its version, Wi-Fi connectivity, User’s ‘click-stream’ on the Site, product interaction and keyboard features, the hardware specifications of such device (including screen resolution), time spent on various screens of the Site, User demographics, the activity of the User on the Site and additional information of a similar nature (collectively, “Technical and Behavioral Information”).
3.2 Personal Information. The second type of information is any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a User’s first and last name, phone number, country of residence, business name, email address, or other contact information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature.

In the future, we may collect additional types of information as our services evolve. If you upload or submit information about a third party, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from such third party, as required by applicable law, to allow us to collect, use, and process their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Communications with the Company: We collect personal information that you provide to us through any form of communication with the Company, including but not limited to email, telephone, the Site’s messaging features, or other methods of contact. Personal Information collected from third parties.
- Please note that we may receive Personal Information relating to you from related third parties, which may include, but is limited to, publicly available sources, information provided by third parties that helps us determine your location based on your IP address, and data providers such as Google Analytics, from which we obtain demographic and interest-based data.
- We may collect and receive certain Personal Information about you from other companies within our corporate group or family of companies, including contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, as well as account information, communication history, transaction data, and marketing preferences. This information sharing occurs to provide you with better integrated service across our various platforms, prevent the need for you to repeatedly provide the same information, offer relevant products and services from our group companies that may interest you, maintain accurate records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

- IP/MAC Address: Users of the Site may automatically provide their Internet Protocol (IP) address or Media Access Control (MAC) address when accessing our Site. We collect this information primarily to enhance your user experience by optimizing content delivery and Site performance, determine your approximate geographic location to provide location-relevant content and comply with regional requirements, conduct comprehensive analysis and analytics to improve our services and understand user behavior patterns, implement robust security measures including fraud detection and prevention of unauthorized access, and deliver personalized behavioral and targeted advertising based on your browsing patterns and preferences, as further detailed below.

- Unique Identifiers: During your use of the Site, we may collect, generate, or assign various unique identifiers including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, Unique Device Identifier (UDID), advertising identifiers, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, and other device-specific or browser-specific identifiers. We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you. Any Non-Personal Information connected, linked, or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage, or association exists.
For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.

We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your active acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
4. How Do We Collect Information from Our Users?
There are a few main methods we use:

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

7. Your Rights
The Company informs you that, under applicable law, you have the right to access the Personal Information we collect and process about you. In certain circumstances as stipulated by law, you may also request that your Personal Information be amended or deleted. 8. Minors
The Site is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, Aquestia does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) and does not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of sixteen (16) are not using the Site. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 9. Security

11. International Data Transfer

Aquestia is committed to protecting your Personal Information and will take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Information is processed and stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Such steps include putting in place data transfer agreements or ensuring our third-party service providers comply with our data transfer protection measures.
