(Company No. 513768358, which is a company registered in the State of Israel, having its principal office at Kibbutz Dorot, Israel. 3. What information may we collect from our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

3.1 Non-personal Information. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering and/or using the Site.   • Right to erasure: under certain conditions, you may be entitled to require that Aquestia deletes your Personal Information (e.g. if the continued processing of those data is not justified).

8. Minors

The Site is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, Aquestia does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) and does not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of sixteen (16) are not using the Site. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Aquestia reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please revisit this page frequently. In the case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Site and/or we will send you an email (to the extent that you provided us with such email address) regarding such change. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Site or sent by email, whichever is earlier.
