Gilad’s Journey: From Shipment to QA

I began my journey at Aquestia in 2001 in the Shipment Department. Over the years, I’ve grown through various roles, from managing the assembly team to collaborating with Mekorot in sales. I currently serve as a quality assurance manager. Aquestia has supported me throughout, funding courses, providing management training, and fostering an environment of guidance and encouragement.

What sets Aquestia apart is the camaraderie—it truly feels like family. My manager, HR, and colleagues have always offered unwavering support, especially during challenging times. Aquestia isn’t just a workplace; it’s a home built on trust and unity.

Gilad Bar-Yamin, Quality Assurance Manager

A Place to Grow and Make an Impact

I began my journey at Aquestia as an export coordinator, where I discovered my passion for water technology. After two years, and while completing my studies, I transitioned to unique products manager, creating customized solutions for clients. Over time, I took on leadership roles, managing marketing operations, customer relations, and logistics teams. Today, I lead the industrial and sewage segment and serve as a product manager for air valves, contributing to impactful projects in a vital industry.

Aquestia has supported me at every step, trusting me with new challenges and recognizing my efforts. The company’s family-like environment and flexibility have helped me grow professionally while maintaining balance in my life. Aquestia is where I’ve developed, innovated, and made a meaningful impact.

Liana Atashmoz, Segment Manager

23 Years of Career Development

I’ve been with Aquestia for almost 23 years, and it’s been a journey of continuous growth. I started as a point of contact to LATAM customers, in Dorot’s Customer Relations (C.R.) Department and am now proud to lead as Head of C.R. I’m constantly offered new opportunities, thanks to my own drive and the company’s recognition and support. Change is part of our DNA, and I see it as chances to grow and bring out the best in myself.

Aquestia feels like home—a place where respect, innovation, and a global perspective thrive. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can grow, feel supported, and be part of something meaningful, Aquestia is the place for you.

Tackling New Challenges

I joined Aquestia in 2012 as a Painter Manager and have since embraced opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. In 2017, I became a project manager, leading key initiatives, and by 2019, I transitioned to purchasing manager. Since mid-2022, I have served as production manager, where I continue to lead and contribute to the company’s success.

Aquestia has supported my journey by trusting me with diverse roles and providing me with the tools I need to excel. The supportive atmosphere and exceptional leadership have made working here feel like being part of a family—a place where I’ve grown, made an impact, and felt truly valued.

Roni Kellerman, Production Manager

From General Worker to Certified Painter

I joined Aquestia four years ago, starting as a general worker in the Paint Department. Over time, I gained experience in various roles and was eventually given the opportunity to become an Industrial Painter. This role turned out to be a success, and through dedication and hard work, I became a certified Industrial Painter —a challenging yet rewarding profession that demands precision and professionalism. My experiences across different teams and departments have fostered growth, turning every challenge into an opportunity to learn.
Aquestia has supported my development at every stage, providing opportunities to advance and take on meaningful roles. The appreciation and support I’ve received, especially during significant personal milestones like when I become a father, have deepened my connection to the company.

A Supportive Family Atmosphere

I started at Aquestia as a production worker and have grown into my current role as plant maintenance manager. Along the way, I became deputy manager and later manager of the Water Meter Department while studying electrical engineering. After graduating, the company recognized my potential and entrusted me with my current role, where my team and I have transformed plant operations and service.

Aquestia has supported me every step of the way, offering flexibility during my studies and recognizing my dedication. The family atmosphere here makes all the difference—employees genuinely support each other, and the company invests in personal and professional growth.
