I began my journey at Aquestia in 2001 in the Shipment Department. Over the years, I’ve grown through various roles, from managing the assembly team to collaborating with Mekorot in sales. I currently serve as a quality assurance manager. Aquestia has supported me throughout, funding courses, providing management training, and fostering an environment of guidance and encouragement.

I began my journey at Aquestia as an export coordinator, where I discovered my passion for water technology. After two years, and while completing my studies, I transitioned to unique products manager, creating customized solutions for clients. Over time, I took on leadership roles, managing marketing operations, customer relations, and logistics teams. Today, I lead the industrial and sewage segment and serve as a product manager for air valves, contributing to impactful projects in a vital industry.

I joined Aquestia in 2012 as a Painter Manager and have since embraced opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. In 2017, I became a project manager, leading key initiatives, and by 2019, I transitioned to purchasing manager. Since mid-2022, I have served as production manager, where I continue to lead and contribute to the company’s success.
