Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and professional guidance to customers and internal global teams
• Develop and define application solutions and support new product development
• Create technical and marketing support tools and materials
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (hydraulics background – an advantage)
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product management, or sales engineering
• Experience with control valves and air valves – a strong advantage

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Operations, Israel, 273

Aquestia is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join its operations team and support efficient warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of the warehouse team: recruitment, onboarding, training, guidance, and performance management.
Full responsibility for warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, and support for the production floor.
Accountability for preparing shipments and deliveries to customers domestically and internationally, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
Implementation and enforcement of management policies and work programs in cooperation with operations, procurement, marketing, and logistics teams.
Leading improvement and efficiency processes within warehouse and logistics operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, order, cleanliness, and proper work practices.
Maintaining proper stock levels and ensuring continuous support for production operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.
Ability to manage and work with teams.
Initiative and strong leadership (“big-picture” mindset).
Assertiveness combined with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and order.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High service orientation.
Good human relations skills and ability to motivate employees and lead processes.
High work ethics and reliability.
Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems.
Full-time availability.
Academic degree in logistics – an advantage.
