AL 2W – Altitude Level Control Valve/ Modulating Level Pilot Control
The AL 2W – Altitude Level Control Valve maintains a stable, precise water level in systems with fluctuating demand or rapidly changing flow conditions. An efficient solution for ensuring consistent filling and preventing overflows or dry conditions in elevated tanks or reservoirs, it has a compact, integrated design that requires no additional float chambers or external mechanisms. Controlled by a highly-sensitive pilot located outside the tank, the valve responds to static water pressure, opening and closing as needed to deliver reliable water level management and optimal system performance.
Notes:
1. Modulated operation may cause cavitation and noise under certain conditions. Consider using a differential level control, DOROT S300+ 30F/ 100F series anti-cavitation valve, or two valves in series. Modulated operation may cause cavitation under certain conditions.
2. To prevent backflow, a check valve (CV) can be incorporated (AL/ CV).
