Non Slam or Surge Arresting Air Valve

Non Slam (NS) or Surge Arresting (SA) Air Valves are designed for use in applications where pipeline characteristics may lead to water column separation, potentially resulting in surge conditions. The valve allows air to enter freely on separation, but controls expulsion of air as the water column rejoins.
